Welcome to Upland Lighting on-line. If you wish to purchase
from our on-line catalog, you accept these conditions.
Please read them carefully. Upland Lighting reserves the
right to modify or change these Terms and Conditions at
any time without prior notice to you. Therefore, we recommend
that you read them carefully before you use this website.
Warranties
All products sold by Upland Lighting are covered by the
manufacturer’s warranty. If any product proves to
be defective, contact us at, Sales@UplandLighting.com,
for assistance in processing your claim. Do not ship the
product back without a Return Goods Authorization from
Upland Lighting along with return instructions. After receipt
of the defective merchandise, we will ship back to you
(at our expense) a non-defective product. Upland Lighting
will in no way be liable for installation fees of any kind.
Shipping
Free shipping does not apply to selected manufacturers,
sale items, and oversized or special order items. We will
notify you of the additional charges when your order is
received, when applicable.
We ship within the 48 contiguous United States. We are
unable to ship to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
Most items will ship via UPS or Fed Ex. Some larger items
or orders may need to be shipped via common carrier. If
this is the case, you are responsible for removing the
items from the delivery truck and into your home. A responsible
party, over eighteen years of age, must be present to accept
delivery and sign for the shipment.
Returns
Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- The return must be requested within
fourteen (14) days of receiving product.
- Merchandise must
be new (never been installed or used),
unaltered, in original packaging, and contain all accessories.
- A
Returned Goods Authorization must be obtained from
Sales@UplandLighting.com,
prior to shipping any return (product shipped without
an
RGA number from Upland Lighting will be refused).
- Merchandise
must be returned and shipped at the customer’s
expense.
- The following types of items and orders
do not qualify for returns or refund: Customized products,
Custom quotations,
light bulbs, fluorescent tubes, lampshades, furniture,
discounted items, or clearance items.
- Refunds will
be given in the same form as original payment
less original shipping charges, freight back to the manufacturer,
and a 25% restocking fee.
